AthLead Indy and Only Throwers are looking for a motivated, organized, and self-driven Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to join our teams.

This is a part-time contractor position (10–12 hours/week). The position is primarily remote, with some in-person travel required for select events, meetings, and marketing activities in Indiana.

We’re looking for someone with experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, business development, communications, or athletics who can help us grow our programs, connect with families and athletes, build partnerships, and increase community engagement.
